Current Interests
The most interesting thing to me right now is the current state of AI. We went from custom solutions that required tremendous effort to build and only worked well in isolated capacities, to something that convincingly resembles cognition. The impact of this I think cannot be overstated, especially in my own experience as a software engineer, where AI has become something of a thought partner.
Outside of AI I'm interested in FOSS work, such as DHH's Omarchy, financial markets (arbitrage in Prediction Markets), reading blogs and (soon) engaging with the CS community through writing.
Outside Work
Concerts, family & friends, TFT, working out, movies. Before joining Rondah I used to solo travel a lot, having started with Portugal and Europe, then South-East Asia, and most recently India & Sri Lanka.
