  At Rondah I'm responsible for our flagship AI dental receptionist product. This includes improving model behaviour, agent tools & backend infrastructure, patient experience, analytics & monitoring, scalability, and more.

  • Led GTM on AI receptionist product for Speciality DSO enterpise, unlocking ~1.5M in first year contract value (double ARR)
  • Developed in-house observability infrastructure for monitoring agent behaviour and analytics

• Cohere · AI model evaluator (SWE)

  2024 – 2025

  At Cohere I worked on data to improve their models on SWE tasks. This included creating challenging problems, evaluating model output, and utilizing online sources to build sets of verifiable evaluations

  • Developed Python pipeline for extracting 5K+ coding problems not in training data with answers for automated evaluation
  • Lead technical evaluation of LLM outputs for code correctness
  • Designed problem sets & answers for SWE questions unsolvable by frontier models

  • Worked on strategic product injection on search through syntactic/semantic search matching via Sentence-BERT.

  Got to do research on the use of Generative Algorithms (GA) for automated bridge parameter optimization. Also worked on digital twin modelling, using time series models + strain guage sensors to measure occupancy

  • Prototyped GA library usage for 200+ continuous variable optimization
    • Utilized docker parallelization to overcome single-thread limitations
    • Developed stratified process to reduce single-shot search space
